Brian Thomas is a Managing Director in our Washington corresponding office.
Brian partners with a diverse clientele to develop and build effective leadership teams at the enterprise, division, and business levels. He works closely as an advisor with his clients in addressing a variety of business challenges to include succession planning, expansion into adjacencies, increased profitability, and strategic growth. Brian’s genuine demeanor and commitment to building long term relationships has earned him the trust of senior leaders around the world. Brian has completed hundreds of executive searches for clients that range from early stage startups to Fortune 50 organizations across aerospace & defense, intelligence, industrial manufacturing, healthcare and professional/business services. He has a track record of aligning the executive talent his clients need to meet current and future challenges. Brian leverages his passion and tenacity on each executive search assignment to court, negotiate and close the right candidates.
Prior to joining tghe firm, Brian held executive roles with two boutique firms where he worked with investors, boards, and enterprise leaders across government contractors, professional services firms, and capital equipment manufacturers. Brian also led global executive recruiting for Rosetta Stone (through their IPO) and served as a Global Account Director for Stanton Chase International, where he led a number of key, global Fortune 50 accounts and served as a key member of the global industrial practice.
Brian holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Towson University and received an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Loyola University.
